Sailor X's Review of Sailor Moon R Movie

Music [ 10/10]: The music works for the story. It's not something you'd want to listen to outside of the movie save for maybe a few songs.

Plot [4/10]: This movie's plot seemed rather dry and bland to me. It focuses around Mamoru's childhood friend Fiore who is actually some magic using freak years later. It was kind of strange and not a truly interesting story.

Characters [7/10]: I still liked the characters from the series but the movie additions never really hit home. Character design wise, Fiore looks like he belonged with Ail and Ann. His obsession with Mamoru is just downright creepy XD. I didn't really find Fiore as a character I could sympathize with. Since the movie focused on him I think that's pretty important.

Animation [10/10]: The animation quality remains the same. Toei is good about keeping the movie animation looking like it belongs with it's corosponding series.

Likability [5/10]: This may be my least favorite Sailor Moon movie. I don't see much of a reason to watch this more than once. I didn't like the plot or the new villians.
